Very good communications with them. From the moment I set up my service call from their website they were able to fix my issue on the same day that I called them. The technician was extremely professional and friendly and communicated what the issue was very well.

They came out to fix improper wiring on my lights for the living room at 10:30pm, stayed late and also taught me a few things about electrical. I really do appreciate the guys hard work and patience with coming out on a late/last minute call. I recommend them and will be happy to have them for future projects/problems.

Had a breaker flip overnight. After I turned it back on I smelled plastic burning, and the breaker was very hot. I turned the breaker off. I called multiple places but no one answered except ZAP. They came right away, found that it was a loose wire going into the breaker that had been arcing. They fixed it fast, double checked all my stuff for safety. Next time they will be my first call!
